Qentrax is an AI-powered process documentation tool operated by Vault Neuron (a division of Lynen Iron Legacy LLC), based in Ohio, United States. Qentrax helps small business owners and their teams document, analyze, and improve their business processes through conversational AI.
By using Qentrax, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Qentrax uses artificial intelligence to power its process documentation assistant. Specifically:

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into contracts on behalf of yourself or your business to use Qentrax. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
When you upgrade to a paid plan, you create an account associated with your email address. You are responsible for:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Free tier: You may generate one process document at no charge. No payment information is required.
Pro plan: Unlimited process documents are available for $19.00/month, billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal link provided in your subscription confirmation email.
Refund policy: Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial-month refunds. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at A.Lynen@vaultneuron.com within 30 days of the charge and we will review your case promptly.
Chargebacks: Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact us directly — we resolve billing issues quickly and a chargeback may result in immediate account suspension.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
You agree not to use Qentrax to:
You retain ownership of the information you provide to Qentrax during your sessions. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs for the purpose of generating your documents.
We do not sell your content to third parties. We do not use your specific process descriptions to train AI models without your explicit consent.
Important: Do not enter sensitive personal data, protected health information (PHI), classified information, or confidential government information into Qentrax. Our service is not designed or authorized to handle such data.
The Qentrax platform, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Vault Neuron / Lynen Iron Legacy LLC. The documents you generate using Qentrax are yours to use for your business purposes.
Qentrax is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vault Neuron / Lynen Iron Legacy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Qentrax, including but not limited to business losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated outputs.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, Ohio.
