We built Qentrax to help small businesses, not to profit from your data. This policy explains clearly what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

4. AI Processing

When you use Qentrax, your conversation inputs are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI model to generate your document. This means your process descriptions are processed by Anthropic's systems in accordance with their privacy policy.

Qentrax uses browser local storage (not cookies) to track your free report usage. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data for qentrax.com.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit and secure environment variable storage for API keys and credentials. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. Use Qentrax at your own risk and do not submit information you cannot afford to have exposed.

10. Children's Privacy

Qentrax is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.

12. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information.

We do not sell personal information. To exercise any of your California privacy rights, email us at A.Lynen@vaultneuron.com with "California Privacy Request" in the subject line. We will respond within 45 days.

13. Refund Policy

Qentrax Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $19.00/month. You may cancel at any time through your Stripe customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

We do not offer partial-month refunds. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge at A.Lynen@vaultneuron.com and we will review your case.
